It is in almost a perfect condition and still works perfectly. It comes with a logic3 protective case, charging cable, charging cradle, touch pen, earphones, car charger, AR cards and a 2 gig sd card. In its original box.
I do not have any games for it but it comes with a R4 card with a 8 gig sd card. You can put any ds game you can get on the internet for free on the sd card and then play it on the 3ds so you don't need to buy games.
