I am looking for an office Administrator.
Must have atleast 3 years experience.
Must able to perform the following tasks:
1. Daily Cash ups ( Bank Recon)
2. Daily Data Capturing/ Processing
3. Filling
4. Payroll
5. Filling in positions as Cashier as & when needed.
6. Prepare Daily/weekly/monthly reports
7. Stock Control
8. Debtors & Creditors Journals ( Statements)
9. Monthly returns ( Vat201, PAYE, UIF)
10. General Booking keeping/ Office duties
Experience in MS Excel, Word is a must.
Additional experience in Sage Pastel is a plus point for candidates.
Working Days:
Mon- Sat.
45 hours.
Salary from R4500.00
Negotiable.
