The unit is perfectly situated in Marine drive. A mere 200m walk to a stunning private beach where one can enjoy a stroll on the beach, sunbathing or fishing. The unit is next to a small shop and walking distance to a Liquor store. The unit is 1.1km from Ramsgate Spar, Tops at Spar and a surf shop. Situated 6.2km from Pistols Saloon and Wild West Museum which is a great place for a refreshment and good entertainment for children. Its 2.1km from Blue Lagoon Restaurant, Ramsgate main beach and roof bar. Its 2.4 km away from the iconic Lobster Pot Restaurant and 1.8km from Keg & Gallon Restaurant, Wimpy, Mug n Bean on Margate main beach. Its 1.4km from Smokey Joe’s pup and 3km from the Village Tavern. The Unit is fully self catering and guests need only to bring the essentials such as linen, towels etc. The unit enjoys a safe basement parking with an electronic gate. The unit sleeps four comfortable but can accommodate up to 8 people. It has two single bunk beds, a fouton couch that folds out as a double bed and two sleeper couches that folds out as two double beds. The unit has a newly refurbished bathroom with a large shower. Cleaning services is available at R90 per day. The unit has a full HD 44inch LCD tv, however no DSTV connection. A PS3 with games, movies loaded and separate dvd’s and music dvd’s are available for the use of guests from the 9th of August 2016. A body board and skimmer board is also available for use of guests at their own risk. The unit will be repainted in October 2016. The unit works on a reward system and the more client’s book the unit, client’s receive credit towards there next stay which can accumulated to be used as a free stay at the unit. The only seasonal changes in prices of the Unit is for the April School holidays and the December School Holidays where the price per unit is R350 per night (price is per unit and not per person). The rest of the year the unit is R250 per night. Clients are to pay a once of cleaning fee of R90.00 to ensure unit is clean before arrival and a refundable key and breakages deposit of R800.00 to be paid back to client after checkout inspection is done.
