Sales Reps – Insurance

Our client based in the South of Johannesburg and near Nasrec - has vacancies for Sales Representatives - ideally with the following requirements and skills

• Matric compulsory
• 2 to 3 years outbound sales experience
• Excellent communication skills, with a professional telephone manner
• Must be able to fluently speak English and 2 other vernacular languages
• Suit residents from same area or surrounding
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Attention to detail
• Ability to negotiate with customers and meet targets
• Flexible approach to work
• A clear criminal record
• Must be able to fluently speak English and 2 other vernacular languages
• Prospect new customers using cold-calling, leads generated by referrals, fellow employees and/or word of mouth, with the ultimate goal of growing the number of customers in the sales territory and exceeding the sales goal.
Meet weekly, monthly and annual sales goals as established

R5000 per month plus commission.
